Cost of Program: $60.00
What this includes:
- A comprehensive initial screening/evaluation by Dr. McAvoy to evaluate muscle and functional imbalances.
- A 1 on 1 aquatic session with Dr. McAvoy in the pool to instruct in a comprehensive aquatic exercise program based upon evaluation findings and your goals.
- A laminated printout of the instructed exercises that you can perform independently at the pool.
- Equipment recommendations to maximize your aquatic program and overall results.
A recommended 4-8 week follow up can be scheduled to evaluate and modify the program. This will take 30 minutes and the cost is $30.00.
